Urz Heer, a dynamic change maker, an inspiration to men and women alike, and an energetic community organizer. Her holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Post-graduate Diploma in Biology. Urz worked in the Credit & Risk Management industry for several years, and is currently with Toronto-Dominion Bank as a Management Underwriter. With her passion to improve the city of Brampton which she calls home, her extensive community involvement, and her understanding of city issues combined with her ability to mobilize people and resources, Urz will bring about the necessary changes that are needed in any organization’s leadership and management.
